Ashol Blackseed কালোজিরা

কালোজিরা আয়িশা (রাঃ) আমাদের নিকট বর্ণনা করেছেন যে, নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লামকে বলতে শুনেছেনঃ এই কালোজিরা ‘সাম’ ব্যতিত সকল রোগের ঔষধ। আমি বললামঃ সাম- কি? তিনি বললেনঃ সাম- অর্থ মৃত্যু। [—বুখারী শরীফঃ হাদিস নম্বর- ৫২৮৫ ] এই হাদিসই কালোজিরার উপকারী দিক সম্পর্কে যথেষ্ট ইশারা দেয়। কারন কালোজিরাতে আছে প্রচুর পরিমানে ঔষধি গুনাগুণ। ওজন বা উচ্চ রক্তচাপ কমানো, ডায়েবেটিস নিয়ন্ত্রন ইত্যাদি নানা সমস্যায় কালোজিরা কার্যকরী। শরীরের রোগ-প্রতিরোধ ক্ষমতা বাড়াতে কালোজিরা অদ্বিতীয়। আসল-এর ১০০ গ্রাম কালোজিরা গুঁড়াতে কি পরিমাণ পুষ্টিগুণ থাকে? ক্যালোরি ৩৪৫ চর্বি ১৫ গ্রাম কোলেস্টেরল নেই সোডিয়াম ৮৮ মিলিগ্রাম পটাশিয়াম ১৬৯৪ মিলিগ্রাম কার্বোহাইড্রেট ৫২ গ্রাম প্রোটিন ১৬ গ্রাম ভিটামিন সি, বি-৬ সি, বি-৬ BlackSeed: Aisha (RA) narrated to us that she heard the Prophet (PBUH) saying: This black cumin is a medicine for all diseases except ‘Sam’.
